Great experience at KSC and well worth the visit. The grayline bus tour was seamless and Bonni a friendly and engaging guide.

Timely service. The staff were great. Very informative and productive use of time. Also made the roundtrip more enjoyable with a good sense of humor. I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking to go to KSC from Orlando

The service and attention at the train and in the station couldn't be better. All the staff spectacular I have to say it. At the Airport pleaseeee, you need to have more information about where are the points to take the shuttle. I suggest to place signals like: BRIGTHLINE SHUTTLE or something like this help to the people whi is going to use the service. There was at least 14 people like me looking for the information and lost becauae of the misinformation. I walked almos 1 hour looking for the place and there are a lot of airport employees that even don't know there is a train connecting with orlando airport. The ppace ro take the shuttle is foing outside the airport, in the parking lot step in 7th door, cross the street, and that bus stop is the one the shuttles are gonna pick you up to the Main station. Thank you Brightline for bringing me home.
