The kids love, love, loved it!! Parking was great. Entering with tickets easy. We moved easy through the crowd. The lines for rides were long but no longer than about 20 minutes!!! We got a chance to do a lot...stayed to the end and of course it ended with a blast 😁

It was the easiest purchase we had in Orlando trip. We loved the experience we spent the whole day even though it was raining but we wanted to enjoy everything no matter what. We had a lot of fun and we will definitely be visiting the other two parks next year. The place was well organized and I was a bit worried about the weather but everything was accommodated perfectly and really everyone working there was super helpful.

As American kids had gone back to school the queues were very short. We did all the big rides in one day (some multiple times)
Our family had a great time at Universal. My bank flagged the purchase as the name headout. Com looked fraudulent to them. Luckily the charge went through the second time. Might want to a different name, like Universal junior for example. The wait times at the park were much better than they were at Disney, and the rides were great.
The mommy was really good as the Transformers. Really disappointed about ET. Really disappointed not being able to do Fast and Furious as well as it was closed the whole day
Everything!!! The queues were reasonable, the staff friendly, the shows were ace- horror show was so well acted out- they were brilliant. Loved the Bourne stuntacular- there was a tech hitch which meant we didn't see it all but we were given a fast pass to use for the inconvenience. A fabulous day out for a family of 6- boys ages are 18,17,14 and 10
Transformers ride was the best! We ride all the rides in the park except for the kiddie rides. Before leaving we went back to the transformers ride again.
We enjoyed the Park and many of the attractions very much. I strongly suggest considering something like Disney 's Lightning Pass. Also, I would have much preferred a printed map rather than the digital version you offer. Much more convenient plus its use doesn't use up the megas in the cell phone
Unfortunately I purchased 6 tickets but I was sick and was unable to go so lost out on that! But my kids and grandchildren loved it. My granddaughter is a huge Harry Potter fan and loved being "fitted" for her very own wand. They loved Universal! The only thing that hampered the day was the extreme heat.
The park is impressive and beautiful, the attraction that I liked the most because of the adrenaline you feel is Stardust Racers Roller Coaster, we had an incredible time in Epic Universe.
The rides were excellent, especially the Transformers! The heat was a bit of a problem but that can't be helped. Otherwise it was a great experience!

I would say the Transformer along with the minions. Park was clean. Prices for souvenirs. And water was absolutely crazy in prices. The fast the and furious ride short and can't see pictures are on clear
First the valet parking was amazing and made traveling with 5 kids so much easier ! We had a memorable day at the park , lots of laughs and tons of smiles we'll cherish forever !
I had purchased tickets including Express Passes. The tickets were for Adventure Island and Universal Studios, including the Express option. At the park entrance, no one could help us because the Express Passes were not visible on the tickets – not even Guest Services. After we finally found someone inside the park who took the time to check our tickets, it turned out that the Express Passes hadn’t been activated in the original admission tickets. We also wanted to use the Express Passes for Adventure Island but had to pay an extra $45 for that. On top of that, the Express Passes were only valid for Universal Studios. We are very dissatisfied and disappointed, especially considering the high amount we paid for the three tickets.
