What are park-to-park tickets?

Unlike standard single-park tickets, park-to-park tickets give you same-day access to multiple parks. At Universal Orlando, that means you can move freely between:

  • Universal Studios Florida
  • Universal Islands of Adventure

Most guests use park-to-park tickets to experience the Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ by riding the Hogwarts Express between these two parks.

Things to know before booking your ticket

  • Choose between 1 or 2 days: You can upgrade your 1-day ticket to a park-to-park one that lets you visit both Universal Studios Florida, and Universal Islands of Adventure on the same day. If you’re visiting for 2 days, make use of the 2-days multiple parks ticket that lets you visit Epic Universe separately on a second day.
  • Hogwarts Express access: This ticket is the only way to ride the Hogwarts Express between King’s Cross Station in Universal Studios Florida and Hogsmeade Station in Islands of Adventure.
  • Park hopping freedom: You can move between parks as often as you like throughout the day.
  • Express Pass upgrade: Park-to-park tickets do not automatically include Express Pass. You can purchase it separately or as part of a combo ticket.
  • Epic Universe not included: Epic Universe requires its own single-park ticket.

Getting from one park to the other

The most magical way to travel between Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure is on the Hogwarts Express.

Travel time: Around 5-7 mins in-motion, plus boarding and disembarking.
Wait times: Average 20-40 mins during peak hours and 10-20 mins in early mornings or late evenings.
Where you’ll go: King’s Cross Station is in the London area of Universal Studios Florida, and Hogsmeade Station is in Islands of Adventure near the Wizarding World entrance.
Two unique rides: The experience differs depending on your travel direction (London to Hogsmeade or vice versa), so try both if you can.
