Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando

Halloween Horror Nights returns to Universal Studios Florida for its 35th year, transforming the park into the Infernal Carnival of Nightmares. On select nights from August 28 to November 1, 2026, you can brave 10 haunted houses, four scare zones, two live shows, themed food and drinks, and other Halloween entertainment.

Halloween brings together horror franchises including Stranger Things 5, Sinners, Hellraiser, Evil Dead Burn, and Ozzy Osbourne: Prince of Darkness, alongside original haunted houses created exclusively for the event. Jack the Clown and Dr. Oddfellow serve as the twisted ringmasters of this year's event.

Do I need a separate ticket for Halloween Horror Nights?

Yes. Halloween Horror Nights is a separately ticketed event and is not included with regular daytime admission to Universal Studios Florida. You need a valid ticket for the specific event night you want to attend.

What to expect at Halloween Horror Nights: Explore 10 haunted houses

Halloween Horror Nights 2026 features 10 haunted houses, combining major horror franchises with original concepts created for the event. Expect everything from the Upside Down and the Cenobites to alien abductions, cannibals and the twisted worlds of Jack the Clown and Dr. Oddfellow.

Stranger Things 5

Hawkins becomes the setting for the final battle against Vecna, the Mind Flayer and other supernatural creatures from the fifth and final season of Stranger Things. Familiar locations and terrifying threats from the series surround you as the story reaches its conclusion.

Sinners

Club Juke in 1930s Mississippi is alive with music and celebration when bloodthirsty vampires arrive. The party quickly becomes a fight for survival.

Hellraiser

The Lament Configuration opens the way to a world ruled by Pinhead and the Cenobites. This haunted house draws from the original Hellraiser trilogy and its nightmarish imagery.

Ozzy Osbourne: Prince of Darkness

Ozzy Osbourne's music, imagery and heavy-metal legacy shape this twisted journey. Ancient ruins, foreboding dungeons and the "Crazy Train" create a surreal tribute to the Prince of Darkness.

Evil Dead Burn

The Price family's secluded vacation home holds a terrifying secret. Deadites emerge from the darkness in a haunted house inspired by Evil Dead Burn.

Jack and Oddfellow: Chaos & Control

The origins of Jack the Clown and Dr. Oddfellow come to light in this original haunted house. Their rivalry fuels a supernatural battle between chaos and control.

INVASION: Alien Abduction

A remote homestead becomes the site of a terrifying alien abduction involving a family and its livestock. The experience places you in the path of otherworldly forces determined to claim their next subjects.

H.R. Bloodengutz Presents: A Halloween Fright-Tacular!

WKNB Television Station hosts a gruesome Halloween scare-athon led by H.R. Bloodengutz. Behind the broadcast are disturbing scenes and horrifying surprises.

MADLANDS: Caged Cannibals

A post-apocalyptic wasteland offers little safety from predatory cannibal factions. An abandoned zoo may look like shelter, but its cages hold dangers of their own.

Cybergoria

A future obsessed with immortality has transformed humans into something far more disturbing. Machines and their altered creations dominate this dark vision of technological horror.

A walk through four scare zones

The haunted houses aren't the only places where you'll encounter monsters. Four scare zones bring their own characters, sets and storylines to different areas of Universal Studios Florida:

Infernal Carnival of Nightmares

Jack the Clown and Dr. Oddfellow preside over a sinister carnival where chaos and control collide. The twisted atmosphere sets the tone for the wider Infernal Carnival of Nightmares event.

Sideshow of Decay

Cindy Caine uses Dr. Oddfellow's dark sorcery to resurrect nightmares from the past in a grotesque carnival junkyard. Decaying attractions and reanimated horrors make this zone feel like a sideshow that has gone horribly wrong.

FORTNITEMARES

A Halloween-inspired Fortnite battleground brings familiar characters and new threats into the park. The zone combines the game's colorful world with monsters and mayhem.

Downtown Clowntown

Murderous clowns take over New York, including Killer Klowns from Outer Space and Art the Clown. The streets become a dangerous playground where every encounter could turn into a terrifying surprise.

Things to do

Watch live Halloween entertainment

Take a break from the haunted houses with two live shows:
Nightmare Fuel: Blood Noir takes you into a vampire-ridden metropolis through a dark musical production featuring death-defying stunts.
Stranger Things: Return to Hawkins brings the series to the Universal Studios lagoon through projected scenes, music and other visual effects, celebrating five seasons of Stranger Things.
