Wait times vary by season and time of day. Popular rides can see waits of 45–120 minutes during peak hours, while others might be 15–30 minutes. Download the Universal Orlando app for real-time updates.

Yes. The Universal Express Pass lets you skip the regular line once per ride, while the Universal Express Unlimited Pass allows multiple uses.

What is the most intense ride in Universal Orlando?

Jurassic World VelociCoaster ranks as the most intense, with high-speed launches, 360-degree inversions, and zero-gravity moments. Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit and Doctor Doom’s Fearfall are close contenders.

With an Unlimited Express Pass, you can ride the same attraction multiple times. However, if you only have the Express Pass, you are limited to one ride per visit.

Are ride photos or videos available for purchase after certain rides?

Yes. Select rides, such as Rip Ride Rockit, Escape from Gringotts, and Jurassic Park River Adventure, offer on-ride photos or videos. You can preview and purchase them at kiosks near the exit or via the app.

What happens if a ride breaks down while I’m waiting or riding?

If a ride stops before boarding, Team Members may offer a return time or Express Pass, depending on the delay. If it stops mid-ride, safety protocols kick in, and you’ll be safely escorted out.
